April 28, 2008 REO Speedwagon Visits Greensburg REO Speedwagon visits Greensburg this Friday, May 2, to perform a live concert for The Early Show. The CBS weekday morning show, which airs from 7 to 9 a.m., is hosting a special week-long series about Greensburg called “Tragedy to Triumph: Greensburg Rising.” The Early Show plans to broadcast live from Greensburg all week—April 28 to May 2— as anchors and staffers head to the city to help residents rebuild the eco-friendly community. April 28, 2008 Wichita Magazine to the Rescue A visiting couple from Ireland approached us at the Midwest Winefest event on Saturday night, and shared their first experience with Wichita magazine. They arrived early to Wichita for a Cessna conference this week and wanted to spend the weekend out on the town. When they arrived at their hotel room, Wichita magazine was waiting for them. Not only had it helped point them to Winefest's amazing evening of wining and dining—but it also helped them make plans for the rest of the weekend.
